This 500 has been sympathetically restored using all the correct period parts and the end result is what you see today , the result is beautiful or maybe it should be Bellissimo to be correct. The end result is an exterior that is in fantastic condition with no rust or marks, bear in mind this was never a rusty hulk to begin with, just a car that needed a little tlc here and there. The interior is also superb and needing no more work, all in a great condition and period correct.
While having the cosmetics attended to the mechanics were also checked over, anything that needed doing was done including a service to the engine. A new generator was fitted as it showed low charging and now this rare 500 stops, starts and drives perfectly.

Cadillac Coupe Deville 1976 - 1976 saw the last of the Full Size Caddys and the Coupe Deville set the bar high when it was launched in 1972, it set the record for interior width in a car, the rear shoulder room being 64 inches, these are big cars! So this 76 version marked the end of an era.
Weighing in with a kerb weight of over 5000 pounds it needed the new for 1975 500 Cubic Inch V8 Engine (8200cc in pounds shillings and pence) with its 210 horse power and prodigious amount of torque, this resulted in what some people found a surprisingly quick car off the line and soon it became the car to have, favoured by celebrities and some less desirable characters alike.
Imported from Canada in 2011, it was then unfortunately left outside as before arriving in the UK the owner had lost his licence, during this time the custom black metal flaked body work has suffered in places and will now need remedial work although its current owner likes it this way and as its his daily driver is not after a trailer queen that he is scared to use.
Mechanically that big old V8 pulls now just as well as it did in 76, effortlessly cruising at motorway speeds, in fact we must say that mileage is going to be going up a thousand or so as he is going to Scotland in it for one last road trip before it goes. Gearbox brakes and all other general mechanics are good. The air shocks on the back work correctly help give the car according to its current owner that feeling of it floating down the road.
The interior is in excellent condition with things like the electric seats, windows, door locks and Air Conditioning all working correctly. Currently MOTd through to November the 27th, this imposing car is ready to be used as is or restored as you go. A whole lot of car for not a lot of money and one you can drive home in.

Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4_4 Rouse Sport 304-R REPLICA 1992 - The Rouse Sport Sierra Sapphire Cosworth was developed for Ford Motor Company by their famous BTCC Championship winning Driver and Motorsport Company owner Andy Rouse. With their extra 5250 including Vat price tag over the standard car, these were officially the most expensive Sierra Cosworth sold by Ford. Made in two variants the 302R and 304R (2wd and 4wd respectively). Plans were made to build 100 cars but in the end only 67 or so were made.
This lovely condition car is a replica of a 304R, built from an original Rouse Sport car that needed re-shelling due to corrosion. The owner at the time has confirmed that he took the Rouse parts including the engine and transplanted them into this shell, keeping the numbered plate these specials had and the VIN plate from the original car. This way there was no confusion over the authenticity of the car he had built and that you see here today.
Today, it is still in very good condition. The unique and much more aggressive body kit and rear spoiler are all present and correct. Inside you will find the full leather interior complete with Rouse Sport Monogramed seats made by Recaro, complete with bigger side bolsters and extra wings on the front seats to replicate the race seats found in their motorsport counterparts.
Mechanically everything is described as very good having been owned by an Old School 74 Year old mechanic for the last couple of years. He bought the car directly from an insurance company with the front bumper missing. He replaced the front bumper and went through the car, addressing the smaller problems as well as fitting an up-rated front diff unit and a new sports clutch. There is a current MOT carried out only 3 miles ago, through to the 10th of January next year.
NOTE: Listed on HPI as a Category D claim i.e. Cosmetic or theft only with no chassis or suspension damage. Not unusual for a Cosworth as being the Target car for any self-respecting thief or joy rider, so many on the road today have been damaged or stolen at some point of their existence! What is unusual and you can only surmise, that this one must have been found before it was stripped into a million pieces and sold off to unsuspecting( in most cases) Cosworth owners.
With the above in mind, the vendor has placed a much reduced reserve on what is essentially a very nice, good condition, very well appointed, Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4_4. With a full Rouse Sport kit fitted (apart from a Plaque) and one which unlike the donor car is not rusted out.

Fiat 500L 1970 Fully Restored - The first of our beautiful Fiat 500s being offered is this 1970 500L that has been fully restored. Now fully UK registered and MOTd until December this year.
The body prior to the restoration, was rust and dent free, needing little more than some remedial paintwork so is now virtually perfect with all the chrome fittings being in good order. Interior is much the same with no damage to the seat covers or dash. Being the up-market L model the correct fluted door cards (with storage boxes) and carpets are in place and again are in very good condition. All the electrics work correctly.
The engine was removed and fully overhauled last year and has just had its first service since the overhaul so obviously runs very well. The gearbox is smooth but being the original 500 box has no synchromesh so no rushed gear changes here! The suspension was rebuilt including the all-important king-pins, brakes re-newd and new tyres fitted all round.
The vendor rightfully describes all areas of the car as very good and we are sure you will agree what a bonny little Fiat 500 it is. This delightful 500 is ready to go to its new owner and is guaranteed to make you smile each time you look at it.

Morris Minor Low mileage 1964 - This lovely low mileage 1964 Moggy Minor has been owned by the same family from new, each of whom have cherished it like part of their family. Lets face it Moggys tend to have this effect!
Sold by the Morris dealership in Birmingham, this great little car comes with their original bill of sale and its original buff log book, alongside which comes a catalogue of the work and servicing carried out through its life, various receipts for parts and a stack of old MOT certificates all opf which back up the claimed genuine 53,000 recorded miles.
The general condition of the car is stated as Excellent and we see no reason to say otherwise. Body work is on the button and the underneath is sound with no apparent corrosion issues, it passed its last MOT in November 2016 with no advisories.
At some time in the past the interior has been renewed and the carpet and headlining are both in excellent order. The 1098cc engine is believed to be original and runs like a Swiss clock. Gearbox and clutch are smooth, changing up and down the gears with no issues. All the electrics function as they should.
In fact the car drives to quote the vendor Superbly and is a wonderful piece of English motoring history that I feel confident will serve the next owner very well with enjoyable and trouble free Classic motoring on a budget! and who are we to argue?
A rare opportunity to buy a properly presented Minor with excellent pedigree and history not just as an investment, which undoubtable it is, but to enjoy owning one of these very English cars while still affordable to the masses.

TVR Chimaera 1995 - Now confirmed with us is this very very nice 1995 TVR Chimaera 4.0L and is described as his Beloved by the vendor. The car is displaying a very low 42000 miles and comes with an extensive, mainly main dealer, full service history. Previous MOT certificates and plenty of receipts all add up to making a very good history file. In early 2016 the speedometer had an intermittent fault repaired, at the same time it was properly recalibrated. This was done by ETB Instruments the company that made the instruments for TVR and they verified the mileage.
The body work in its stunning blue colour, is in very good order with just a few very minor stone chips and the well-appointed cream leather with wooden rimmed steering wheel interior is in good order with little wear evident.
On the road is where the fun is and any one that knows what TVRs are about understands the nature of the beast. These cars are potent weapons with blistering pound for pound performance. No nonsense and built for a purpose, they will make you grin for sure and all the while accompanied by that symphony of an exhaust note. Definitely not for you wall flowers out there!
The vendor looked at a lot of Chimaeras prior to buying this one and with such little use since, he has done the leg work for you. Offered with a very realistic reserve this TVR is going to make its next owner very happy.
NOTE: Although currently MOTd the vendor is placing a new one on the car, end of March so it will have almost a full MOT for the new owner as well.

BMW 850i Same owner for the last 20 years. 1991 - This very pretty BMW 850i comes to us having been owned by the vendor for the last 20 years, with one previous owner recorded before him. Its overall condition bears testament to its owners and it is as good looking today as when it rolled out of the showroom in November 1991.
Launched in 1990 the new 850i was the first car in the range to be equipped with BMWs new 5 litre V12 engine producing 300 PS (296 HP). It was available with either a 4-speed automatic or a 5 speed manual, this particular car having the Automatic option, preferred by many, giving this excellent GT car a smooth and relaxing drive while covering distances at a surprisingly fast rate of knots. This coupled with its aggressive good looks and instantly recognisable body made it the car to have in the early 90s, but with a high price tag and a global recession so the resulting price hike of oil and so fuel, sales were slow and the model was dropped, making it a rare beast today.
This particular car has a low recorded mileage of just under 107,000 miles. The vendor does have somewhere its owners pack with its history, but at this point in time cannot find it. So unless stated otherwise please take it that the history has been lost. However he does have some receipts etc. That coupled with the MOT history showing that in June 2006 it had only covered 89117 miles, plus its long term ownership, you can judge from there.
Totally standard and rare to find in red, the bodywork is all in very good order with only the very odd mark here and there (it is 26 years old!) and the paint appears to be original. This originality extends to the alloy wheels that are again in very good order.
Inside is typical high class BMW with the black leather having stood the test of time very well with just some slight loss of colour on the drivers seat side bolster. Once seated inside you get the idea of why these cars were so expensive and realise just how low budget supposed luxury cars of today have become with their cheap leather and poor quality interiors, this interior oozes class but at the same time German functionality.
Mechanically everything is stated to be very good with all relevant electrics working correctly. There is a current MOT through to 30th of July and with the sensible reserve set by the vendor, this lovely car represents one of the best value 850 BMs on the market today. Go on spoil yourself.

Audi S8 Quattro 1999 - A rare enough sight on our roads at any time, this striking 1999 Audi S8 Quattro is thought to be the only genuine S8 in the UK in this colour! Having been meticulously maintained and kept in excellent all round order by its current owner who has owned it since 2004.
The aluminium body work is obviously rust free and in very good order with only the odd and very minor marks, but these have to be looked for and are hardly noticeable. Its contrasting coloured alloys are in good order and will be receiving four new tyres prior to auction for its new mot. Although to be honest the tyres that are currently fitted would pass an MOT, but the vendor wants to fit new ones so the next owner will receive the car in the best condition he can make it for them.
Interior is in very good condition with only minor fading present on the drivers seat side bolster, no tears or rips though and the whole interior has a real luxury feel to it, very well equipped and with what was a first for Audi, a dash mounted built in Sat Nav system. Coming loaded with all the standard top of the range options the A8 had, the S8 gained extras like 14-way power adjustable and heated sports front seats with memory function and heated rear seats. While being trimmed throughout in leather and alcantara.
With 186K miles on the clock the big V8 up front is just about run in and is described as Stonking pulling from any speed with a seamless power delivery, with the Tip Tronic equipped automatic gearbox giving you the option of manual changes at the touch of a steering wheel mounted button or a flick of the gear lever, if you are in a hurry or just sit back and enjoy in full automatic mode as the scenery slides by. These cars loved to be driven and there are few better for that long promised trip to Europe etc. There is service history up to 89000 in 2002 then various receipts etc as the current owner maintained the car himself.
All in all a whole lot of car in a very rare colour for not a lot of money. The Quattro badge on the back makes it a sure fire investment as it is fast becoming one of the most sought after names by lovers of not just Audis but cars from the 90s.

Lancia Fulvia Coupe 1300S UK Spec Right Hand Drive 1972 The Lancia Fulvia Coupe is probably one of the prettiest Coupes to come out of the Lancia Factory. This Right Hand Drive UK spec car benefits from being a Series 2 1300S Model so it has the facelifted body the new 5 speed gearbox. Its 1298 cc engine now producing 90 hp and larger Girling brakes replacing the Series One Dunlop items. But unlike the Series Three that followed it escaped Fiats (who by now owned Lancia) cost cutting exercise so still retains the nice wooden steering wheel better seating with separate head rests and black faced clocks.
Although unfortunately there is no history with this car for a UK Spec 1972 Lancia to be in this condition it has to of been restored at some point in its life! Its Lord Blue paint work while not being perfect presents very well with no sign of rust panel fit is good and all trims are present. Interior is very good with just the odd nick here and there. Carpets are obviously newer than the car so were probably replaced at the same time the car was restored and are still in very good order .
Under the bonnet Lancias famous narrow V4 engine fires up easily shows excellent oil pressure no sign of any leaks and all very clean and tidy. Gear box clutch general mechanics and electrics are good and the car will come with a fresh MOT.
All in all a rare RHD version of this ever popular Italian Coupe ready to go and priced to sell.

Ford Granada 2.8 Ghia Sapphire 1979 We are pleased to say that the vendor of this rare of rare Ford Granada has entrusted us with the sale of their Grand Fathers car a 1979 Granada Sapphire. This effectively one owner car was purchased new from Doe Motors in Maldon and has never left the area since. Originally used as his company car he owned a local haulage company he then took it with him into retirement. The car only covered 68 342 miles in all this time. Unfortunately he passed away and the car has been stood unused since approximately 1992. On passing he left the car in his will to his Granddaughter so this is reflected on the V5. Being she is now still only in her early twenties she never drove the car and it is only offered on the market now to help offset the cost of furnishing her new flat.
Offered as a Special Edition The Sapphire was only made in 1979 with 1000 purported to of been produced and used the last of the noninjected 2.8 Granada Ghias as a base. Only available in Midnight Blue over Strato Silver they came with MattBlack door handles Alloy wheels Electric windows all round Central locking Power Steering Factory Tilt and Slide metal sunroof Headlamp Wash Front fog lights and then on top you could option a Full Leather interior in Black which this car also has!
After having sat for so long we were pleasantly surprised that with a quick check of the fluids and a new battery the 2.8 V6 engine started straight up and while we would recommend a full recommissioning before use to include a service the engine shows excellent oil pressure and ran well enough for it to drive off the car transporter and into our storage bay with the automatic box selecting gears without hesitation.
The car was stored in a well aired garage and as such the body work has survived very well. There are however some areas of paintwork that show signs of corrosion more like stone chips etc that have been allowed to spread over time but no what you would call rust and certainly no holes! The worse effected area is the edges of the sun roof outer panel next to the seal where the paint has become thin and has shrunk back a couple of millimetres from the rubber seal and the leading edge of the bonnet. Past that there are two may be three dinks from being well 37 years old!
Interior is excellent for its age no real damage just a dryness to the leather. The wood cappings and dash board are excellent and the original Radio still works. Tyres exhaust etc are all very good and the brakes work but do seem to drag slightly a sure sign of standing. In the boot is the correct spare alloy wheel and tyre plus the cars jack. Coming with the car is its original Dealer Pack with the hand book etc in it.
All in all this is probably the last chance of owning one of these very rare cars as the rest are predominately owned by collectors. We have been informed that there is now thought to be only 6 left in the world with 4 here in the UK so an extremely rare Ford thats different from the normal fare of Escorts and Capris being offered at a price you cannot buy a decent 105E Anglia for!
PLEASE NOTE: This car is being offered as needing recommissioning that starts and drives under its own steam not as a car you can get in and drive home and with no mot.

Armstrong Siddeley 126 Saloon 1933 Having purchased this car in 1997 the vendors father spent many an hour tinkering in the garage making what was already a good car better. Unfortunately in 2008 he passed away and left this and the rest of his collection to his son. Since then other than being run out on the odd occaision to keep everything free and operational it has remained where he parked it. Having decided that it was time for it to go we are proud the vendor has chosen us to do this for him.
The car in question is a very rare model 1933 Armstrong Siddeley 12 6 Model designating it as having a 12hp 6 cylinder engine.Previous to the vendors father purchasing it it had under gone a full restoration and is still in excellent condition externally. The interior trim shows slight signs of dryness to the seat leather or Patina as its often called otherwise is very nice with all the rear blinds exit handles etc in place. Mechanically it is spot on and would need very little recomissioning if any acording to the vendor prior to use. The 6 cylinder engine and its preselect gearbox both operate well and it brakes in a straight line. Obviously you do have to remember it is a Vintage car and should be treated as such.
The other notable thing about this car is its history file with invoices bills of sale etc stretching right back over its lifetime complete with old pictures of its restoration at the end of the 80s. These cars rarely come to the market and as such we feel the vendor is being very realistic with his reserve on this beautiful bit of motoring history.
Better pictures will follow when we have it out of the garage ( when the rain stops!)

Ford Capri 2.8 Injection 1984 Needing no introducing is this very clean two former keeper and ultradesirable 1984 2.8i Capri with only 69000 miles on the clock. It has been part of a private collection and as such according to its MOT history has covered a mere 1600 miles in the last 6 years some years covering only a hundred miles and that includes it annual trip out to the MOT station. In its file are lots of old MOTs old tax discs some receipts and a bill of sale dating from 1986
Appearing to be virtually original on the paint and body just the bonnet a very slight shade out under certain light this Capri is a real survivor in every sense. No big alloys and bolt on nasties on this one just a real clean and straight car.
Interior is just as nice and looks in the condition it should be in with such low recorded mileage again very rare to find the grey cloth material with no great sections of wear all very very nice and original apart from a period radio cassette in place of the radio Ford would have fitted. Under the bonnet is more of the same just as Ford intended with no signs of rust to the original top plates and the front slam panel looking like new. Wheels are the original Pepper Pots in excellent order shod with good tyres all round.
On the road well its a 2.8i Capri punchy out of the corners still performing as good as or better than a lot of modern cars but with the traction or lack of it we all love. Benefiting from the later 5 speed box which makes good use of the spread of power that venerable V6 under the bonnet gives while that exhaust note makes it impossible not to blip the throttle when in tunnels. These cars really do take you back to your youth. Prices of good Capris just will not stop climbing and they make an excellent car for the collector or enthusiast easy to maintain and supported by a massive network that has grown up looking after this Cult car of the 80s. Just been MOTd so now through to March 2018.

Jaguar XKR Convertible Supercharged 2000 First registered on the last day of year 2000 December the 31st this lovely Jaguar XKR Convertible must have been a nice way to of started the New Year for its first owner. Unusual to see one in black the paintwork is still in very good order and contrasts beautifully against the pale coloured leather and Burl Walnut interior.
Owned for the last 3 years by a Jaguar enthusiast sitting very nicely in his garage alongside his E Type there is a full Jaguar service history up to 80460 then a further non dealer stamp at 90832 in July 2011 it now has 106K on the clock. The vendor tells us that while in his keep he has had lots of work done to bring it up to the standard it is today and describes its mechanical condition as very good.
Those of you that know your Jags will instantly recognise by the mesh front grill the subtle boot lid mounted rear spoiler and the red background of the bonnet emblem that this Big Cat is powered by the Supercharged 370 horse power variant of the then new Jaguar 4 litre V8 engine. Giving this car a much more performance orientated feel than its predecessor the XJS.
With summer just round the corner and with prices climbing for nice cars like this now is the time to grab one while they are still in reach of the average person. Stunning looks a growling Supercharged V8 under the bonnet a beautifully appointed interior all in a great condition and for half the price of a basic new Ford Focus figure that??

Ford Escort Estate MK2 Automatic 1980 LHD Just driven 1000 miles from Italy is this very unusual 1980 1300cc Automatic Mk2 escort Estate. Coming from Italy it is basically rust free (even more unusual!) with just some early signs of bubbling below the paint in the rear arch area but still the original arches. Front wings suspension top plates floors etc all appear original and sound.
The paint work itself is still bright and shiny with just a couple of scratches on the leading edge of the bonnet. There is however signs of the rear bumper being bumped at some time in its life. This has caused the bumper to remain slightly raised and out of line on the mounts a very small dent under the right hand rear light and a corresponding but larger dent on the left hand rear quarter not bad but you would want to get it done to make perfect. Otherwise it has survived miraculously well.
Mechanically the engine starts willingly and as said it just drove 1000 miles getting to the UK (1000 kms one day 800kms the next) so cannot be all bad. The automatic gear box functions correctly. As do the brakes and the electrics. Note: Being an Italian car all cars over 1100cc have to have a brake servo
Interior is very good with the vinyl seats being in good order having no damage to talk of carpets etc are good and need not a lot more than a clean in places. Dash board is good and what switches it does have function.
The Italian plates have been removed as by law they must go back for the deregistration in Italy to be completed. The car will come with the relevant papers to register here in the UK once arrived back from Italy but you will need to MOT and insure the car to do this.
So a rare early 80s Ford and a rare opportunity to find a Blank Canvas. Keep it original or drop a Pinto under the bonnet a manual gear box and a set of period Rostyle or Alloy wheels for the perfect Retro look.
