Porsche 356 Speedster Legend Replica - With its stunning Speedster shape from the 50's is this Legend 356. One of the nicest replica cars we have seen.
Finished in Porsche Bright Silver metallic bodywork, a new Mohair hood, period chrome wheels shod with Firestone F560 tyres, period bucket seats in matching grey with red piping and complete with full wet weather side windows.
Equipped with a 1600cc Air-cooled engine fitted with twin carbs, making this car fun to drive especially with its very strong and rigid "Legend" chassis.
Having been in storage for the past 5 years, the vendor has recently had it recommissioned ready for sale including: New battery, front brake callipers and pads, front bearings and gear linkage bush.
The engine was rebuilt with replacement barrels and pistons, new gaskets and seals plus a new clutch slave cylinder. The car comes with a new mot and is ready to enjoy.
In our opinion, one of the nicest things about this 356 replica is it has its own genuine patina to the body and interior which makes it look and feel authentic. Not to be confused with a lot of the inferior replica's on offer today.

Triumph TR6 1973 - A superb example of this iconic British sport Car. This Triumph TR6 was first registered in October 1973 and is finished in its original colour of Emerald Green. Bodywork on the car is excellent and displays exceptional panel gaps throughout.

Interior is also excellent with its original steering wheel and seats still in place. The convertible hood is mohair and both that and the tonneau cover that comes with the car, are in splendid order with no rips or tears.

On the road and aided by the gearbox having over-drive, this TR cruises comfortably at motorway speeds but its spiritual home is on the twisty bits. This is where its taught chassis, backed up by that superb engine up front and its well matched ratios in the gearbox, come to life and where you come to realise just why these cars are so sought after today.

So if you are looking for a UK spec, right hand drive TR6 with a great body, lovely paint and interior, with good all round mechanics you really should view this car as the photos do not do it justice! Recorded mileage is just under 77000 and there are recent bills for a general maintance service in March this year (£988.80) and for a new Bosch fuel pump in Septhember (£450) so its ready for the next owner to cherish and enjoy.

BMW E30 320i Cabriolet 1990 - This superb BMW E30 320i Cabriolet is in the sort of condition that cars with half its mileage and age would like to be in. Its metallic "Calypso Red" paintwork and the rare leather Recaro interior are both excellent for a car that is 25 years old and still original. The paint has no more than a few little marks and the contrasting biscuit coloured leather interior is in good condition, just some wear on the passenger seat bolster.

Its 2 litre 6 cylinder engine may have covered 205,000 miles but runs smoothly with no smoke or rattles and shows how well this car has been cared for. Presented complete with its original full tool kit, it's rare to find glove box torch, service and owners books and the non-original wheels you see will be replaced by the original 4 x 7×15 BMW cross spoke wheels (pictured separately) to return the car to 100% original

The vendor reports all areas of the car to be very good. He has placed a very sensible reserve on the car to allow the market to decide its value. . E30 BMW's are fast becoming some of the most collectable cars of their Era and hard to find in this original condition, definitely one for the collection. With an MOT long into next year its ready to go.

Rolls Royce Silver Spirit 1984 - Do not confuse this stunning 1984 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit with the usual fare offered for sale.
Supplied new by Jack Barclay Rolls Royce to the Sultan of Brunei's personal horse trainer then owned for the last year by the vendor, himself a famous Artist. This iconic car has only covered a mere 64,000 cosseted miles in its 32 years, with the mileage being backed up with a full Rolls Royce service history, if not by its superb over all condition. Along with its history comes a full set of owner handbooks, sales brochures and even the original bill of sale.
Even more rare and desirable is that it has its original Rolls Royce Valet kit which is complete and un-used in its leather case! Plus its dealer supplied from new Rolls Royce car cover and I quote "so as not to get dusty when parked at Ascot"!
Body work is undamaged and highly polished as you would expect from a car that has been chauffeur driven most of its life and the interior is the same quality, un-marked and coming complete with its rare telescopic shot glasses and very rare to find Burrwood cup holder plus ashtray and picnic tables.
The vendor reports that this car drives as good as new, is "Excellent" in all aspects and if it was not for an up-coming project that he needs space for, there is no way he would be offering it for sale. So if you want a beautiful Rolls Royce that comes with everything and more, this is it.
Currently MOT'd through to February next year it is ready to go to its new owner

Lot number: 138

BMW 525i E28 saloon "Restoration Project " - Having been off the road since approximately 1988, this now rare 525i version of BMW's E28 saloon. First registered in October 1983 the recorded mileage is only 98,000 but there is no evidence to back this up and the car is being offered as a restoration project.
The vendor says that when he first obtained it after standing for so long, it was a non-runner that turned out to need a new ECU for the fuel injection. Probably why the car was left in the first place due to the cost of new ones back in 1988! The motor now runs well with no nasty noises etc apart from the fan belt squeals on the odd occasion. The exhaust is good and the gearbox seems to select all gears as it should (not been driven other than on a private road at reduced speeds). The brakes work but are low and it needs a new battery. Tyres need replacement due to age and cracking, alloys are nice.
The body work is surprisingly sound with just one rear door showing signs of bubbling on its lower corner. The worse bit is the front valance below the front bumper that is badly corroded but not beyond repair. The bonnet has a small dent on its "nose" corresponding with a front bumper that has sustained slight damage. Otherwise the paint has various scratches etc throughout and really should be considered as needing a respray but up to the new owner. Underneath looks again to be very sound with no holes etc.
Interior wise the driver's seat has suffered the usual problem all early 80's BMW's had with this material and worn prematurely, otherwise the other seats are very good, as are door trims etc.
All four electric windows were working but one has now stopped. The overhead warning panel operates as do all the lighting, horn etc around the car but the speedo console, again a very common fault, has suffered with the "leaking battery syndrome" ( Google it) and only partially works.
All in all well worth saving and offered with a very realistic reserve as these cars are now rare and values increase daily. No MOT so cannot be driven away.

Chevrolet "Silverado" C10 Stepside Truck 1978
- Rare to find with a "Step-side" this 1978 Chevy truck has spent most of its life in St Tropez which helps to explain its rust free condition.
Equipped with a 5.7 litre V8 and a 4 speed automatic transmission plus again rare to find twin fuel tanks, making it perfect for the drive back from France the vendor made after purchase and in his words "it puts a smile on your face every time you drive it"
Prior to purchase the paint work was refreshed, the engine and gearbox were rebuilt and the interior received a new seat and carpets, making it in the very nice condition you see today.
One of the most striking features of the truck is not only the way it drives with power steering and power brakes to assist, but how good it is underneath with no signs of any rust or nasty repairs. Oh, and then there is the exhaust note! Not over loud just that glorious rumble only an American V8 can make.
Coming complete with its French papers, a UK MOT and a Nova certificate, it is ready to be registered on to UK plates if purchased by a UK buyer and ECCA are more than happy to assist in this process. Alternatively we are happy for a small fee to carry out the registration on your behalf.

Fiat 500D "Transformabile" 1964 - Back in 1960 Fiat launched the Fiat 500D as a replacement for the outgoing model the Nuova 500. While retaining the outgoing models "suicide doors" they decided to replace the full length folding roof with one that only folded halfway, apart from that is on the rare model they called the "Transformable" making this model particularly sought after and very collectable today.
Here we have a lovely example. Built in 1964 and restored approximately 10 years ago by an Italian Coachbuilder in Italy who rebuilt the engine, the interior and painted the body. Today the paint work is still very presentable with only minor imperfections. In fact all the original glass is still in place and is clear with only very fine hairline marks. All exterior trim is present, correct and in good condition and complimented by new chrome bumpers.
The interior is still in great condition and it even the original over mats are present with only light marks. The engine starts with no hesitation, settles down to a nice even tick over and when on the road pulls cleanly, making the most of the 17hp that its 499cc produces. All the electrics work correctly and the overall mechanics are described as very good and there is a current UK MOT until 21st April 2017.
Having watched and seen what other examples have sold for, this car is being offered with a very reasonable reserve and would complement any collection while increasing in value year on year.

Datsun 240Z Automatic 1974 - Back in the early 70's Ford Escorts were king of the hill when it came to Rallying until that is, that Japanese car company "Datsun" who made good reliable but boring cars for their non-domestic market, launched their Datsun 240Z model. It shook the world of rallying and introduced a new level that raised the bar for all other road going sport cars at the time!
This stunning looking coupe was barely any more to buy at the time than an MGB! Powered by a straight six engine producing 150 plus horsepower, equipped with independent suspension all round and a very well equipped cabin, it was soon out selling all its competitors and now today is one of the most desirable Japanese cars on the classic car market.
This particular car is a 1974 Left Hand Drive 3 owners from new example that was discovered in Bordeaux France by the vendor. After purchase he then had a very enjoyable drive back to the UK with no problems, all at a "Legal" speed of course! Its bodywork is rust free and in good order throughout as it's the interior that appears to be original.
What makes this car even rarer is it comes with the optional 3 speed automatic gearbox (the vendor tells us that no more than 10% were automatics). Both the engine and gearbox are very good as are all the other mechanics. Sold with its French papers, UK MOT and Nova so ready to be registered by its new owner. ECCA are more than happy to advise or for a small fee, register on behalf of the new owner if staying here in the UK.

Ford Escort MK1 2 Door 1968 - This superb and rare to find Escort Mk1 2 door was a rust free, never welded, but standard 1300L until its then owner in France decided to uprate it to 1300GT Spec and beyond. The engine had a tuned GT head fitted with a 4 branch exhaust manifold, GT inlet manifold and carb plus a high lift cam shaft and performance exhaust which sounds lovely. 1300GT Suspension was fitted all round and (sensibly) with all the extra performance the brakes were upgraded to have the GT brake servo and front discs. Bucket seats were fitted in place of the original front seats.
Prior to the new owner bringing it into the UK he had to travel to various other parts of France, so being impressed with how this car drove he used it to make the trip and reports that it was "Blinding, never missed a beat and excellent fun" Oh and did i mention "sounds lovely!"
Now here in the UK and being offered complete with a UK MOT, French papers and a fresh NOVA, it is ready to be registered onto UK roads if sold to a UK Buyer, which ECCA would be happy to advise how to do, or for a small fee would do it on their behalf.

BMW 728i E23 1980 - This lovely condition BMW 728 E23 has only 58,600 miles recorded on its odo meter, unfortunately a previous owner has lost the history so all the vendor can say is its MOT history helps to back this up showing how little use it has actually had. The eagle eyed amongst you might recognise this car as it featured in both the TV series "Luther" and "Ashes to Ashes".
Originally registered to BMW UK then two owners since its body work is very good with no rust and the mechanics have just been recommissioned including items such as new brake master cylinder and brake pads and is described as driving very well. All other mechanical items are also very good.
Interior is original and again its condition backs up the low recorded miles, it even still has its original Blaupunkt stereo that works along with its electric aerial. All other electrics function as intended and the only thing the vendor is aware of being changed are the headlights that have been up graded to the later "Halo style".
These early E23 BMW's make for a cracking classic car you can use or show ( or both) and now rare to find as nice as this. MOT'd until May next year so ready to go.

Ford Escort MK5 1.6i Cabriolet - Fresh out of long term storage and with only 37,000 miles showing on the clock (NOTE : History lost but MOT's to back up this mileage, but cannot otherwise be proved). This very straight and basically rust free MK5 Escort Cabriolet benefits from being powered by the later to this model, 1.6 Injection Double Over Head Cam engine giving it spirited performance especially when coupled as it is, to Fords smooth to use 5 speed gearbox.
Body work is very straight with only the odd minor mark here and there. Interior is excellent and comes with central locking and electric windows. The manually operated roof (less to go wrong) is in fair shape, no nasty holes but beginning to shrink with age (it has been on there for over 22 years!)And has one hole the size of a ball point pen tip. But is still water tight, presentable and useable.
The car will be receiving a year's MOT prior to the auction date so all the mechanicals will be good as will all the electric, lights etc. Wheels and tyres are good with plenty of tread and no major kerbing.
While still affordable the MK5 will be the next Escort to see prices rise as they are now old enough to carry the label of "Retro" to the masses of people whose Mum or Dad had one when they were kids and low mileage good condition examples are few and far between.

Mercedes 250 SE Coupe 1967 - Having lived in the sun in France most of its life and having only had 3 French owners, this lovely example of a Mercedes 250SE Coupe, has survived remarkably well. Then with the vendor driving it back to the UK with no problem, it's fair to say all the mechanics are in good order.

The engine is exceedingly quiet in operation and its "Manual" gearbox changes gear smoothly. No nasty clunks or noises.

Its White body colour and black roof have been refreshed at some point to a high standard and the exterior chromes are in excellent order. Internally things are also good with some signs or wear but all complete and very nice. However, the vendor has drawn our attention to the fact there are some scratches to the windscreen glass and a side window glass, they may well polish but he has not tried.

Offered with a UK MOT, full French papers and a UK NOVA certificate, it's ready to be registered in the UK by a UK buyer. ECCA are more than happy to advise on this process or for a small fee can complete on behalf of the new owner.

Citroen XM Exclusive Turbo Diesel 1999 NO RESERVE - Believe it or not there now only 10 Citroen XM Exclusive TD Auto's left registered for road use in the UK, so rarer than an AC Cobra!!

This particular example has only had 3 owners and covered low miles for a diesel Citroen. Exterior apart from a few marks on the front bumper and one mirror casing is exceedingly straight and being made out of galvanised steel as this model was, rust free.

Its luxury leather interior with electricaly adjusted and heated seats, windows, central locking, air con and a electric glass sunroof etc (even the center arm rest between the front seats is electrically adjusted!) is in superb virtually un-marked condition.

The engine and engine bay are spotless, again not what you would expect from a Diesel. The engine fires up straight away and once on the move, is very smooth and quiet in operation. Our staff member that collected it said" That really is a nice drive and a nice place to be. The auto gear box operates correctly and once in top, 70 mph comes up at 2000 revs so very economical."

This vastly underrated and under-priced future classic Citroen has its hand books in the original folder, some history and bills. It came in to a Citroen Specialist in part exchange and he does say that the previous owner was a known client and although there are no bills, he was told a cam belt change and a service were recently carried out and as previously said, looking at how clean it is under the bonnet, it must have been regularly looked after.MOT'd until 10th of January 2017

Offered with NO RESERVE so have a look and make your own mind up.
