A period fake 3rd Reich iron cross 2nd class E.K II. This medal was produced directly after the war by using original blanks and the original press. It is a 3 part construction with an iron core. It bears the ring mark 333 which means half devil. They were made to be sold to the masses of soldiers and souvenir hunters looking for war momentos. The number on the ring is the only indicator that this is not in fact an original.
