The winning bidder will receive a voucher for two people to have a Traditional Afternoon Tea at the Down Hall Hotel, one of England's most established country house hotels in Hatfield Heath. Dating back to 1322, this impressive Italianate mansion is an historic setting and surrounded by 110 acres of woodland, parkland and landscaped gardens. The Traditional Afternoon Tea includes a selection of freshly cut sandwiches with Roast Ham, Egg and Cress, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese & Cucumber as well as home-baked scones served with Devon Clotted Cream and Strawberry preserve. This is followed by a wide selection of homemade cakes. Afternoon tea is served daily between 2pm and 5pm, booking is advised.
