1975 West Ham Charity Shield Football Players Plaque: Lovely plaque awarded to both teams for participating in the Charity Shield match. Inner silver coloured has the words Football Association Charity Shield around the 3 lions emblem. Plastic surround is embossed West Ham United v Derby County Wembley 9th August 1975. Awarded to Alan Taylor who has provided a COA.
