Jaguar XJSC Cabriolet 1985 With this lovely Jaguar XJSC Cabriolet we now have the full set of XJSs and what a nice example of this coach built Jag it is. With loads of history and MOTs back to 1991 showing 47000 miles the vendor considers the low recorded mileage as likely to be correct. The car has just come out of being in storage for three year and has just been fully recommissioned complete with a new MOT. The exterior black paint is in good condition with just a couple of areas where there is some crazing evident but on the whole it polishes very nicely and still looks a million dollars. Exterior chrome work is all present and in good order. The folding rear section of the roof and the removable panels are in good condition and the storage bag for the panels is with the car. The wheels may well have been refurbished ten years ago but with such little usage are still very good as are the matched set of Pirelli tyres they are shod with and that includes the spare in the boot. Inside the grey leather seats are in very good condition. The carpets are great the dash has no cracks and even the headlinings are good! Plus the original stereo is in place and all the electrics appear to work. The 5.3 V12 purrs under the bonnet displaying good oil pressure and no leaks. On the road the water temperature is correct and the gearbox behaves correctly. Overall the running gears condition is very good with no knocks or bangs. This car has been properly looked after over the years with some big bills in its history now offered at a price that will allow the new owner to improve if they want or just enjoy as is. Then sit back and enjoy as the values of these Jaguars just keeps on going up.
