1939 Ipswich Town Hospital Cup Football Medal: Gold hallmarked medal presented to legendary Ipswich Town manager Scott Duncan. The front reads Ipswich Hospital Football Cup the rear Runners Up 1939. Vaughtons and Sons medal with suspension ring. Duncan was fundamental in getting Ipswich into the Football League and managed them from 1937-1955. Ipswich lost to Aston Villa and a photocopy of the ticket is enclosed.
