White plastic with black embossed printing measuring around 14 x 9 inches that has grooves at top and bottom where it was slid into door holder. One of a few incredibly rare one off 1966 items being sold off today.

All surrounded by the Union Jack. Still attached to a piece of the Burtons suit. For owners of a tournament programme you will see on page 15 a Committee member wearing it.
