WITHDRAWN - Charles Dickens Provenance: A copy in Latin of Quirtii Horatii Flacci opera, ’1823 presented by Charles Dickens to His Latin Tutor Mr Richard Shiers, (Mentioned in a Book titled The Life of Charles Dickens p45) inscriptions to 2 pages in pen by C.D, this book was part of The 1903 Dickens Exhibition, and was loaned to the exhibition by the Charles Dickens Latin Tutor R.Shires, complete with this book is the original receipt for display signed by H.Snowden Ward, Display note item 165. (Last sold via Auction in Sudbury at the Corn Exchage 1955, in a deceased house contents sale from the Estate of Ms E.D.E Wellstead, sale catalogue present). Some condition issues.
