A guilt framed oil painting, canvas size: 16'' x 10'' approximately, by local Artist Colin Moore, depicting M.V. ROYAL SOVEREIGN, built in 1947 by William Denny of Dunbarton, Scotland, launched on the River Clyde. The Vessel used to transport Day Trippers from London, to Southend, and Margate, until her final days of sailing from mainland Italy to the Island of Ischia in 2000. She was broken up very recently.
