Given to Everton physio Jim McGregor by Asa Hartford. Jim was fundamental in the transfer from Notts Forest to Everton of Asa in 1979 as Leeds were worried about his heart condition and stalled whilst Jim passed Hartford after his fitness test at Everton.

Lineker scored in this 1-1 draw v West Germany and was famously pictured prompting Bobby Robson to watch Gascoignes temperament after he was booked. Vendor is 1990 Roy of the Rovers competition winner who met Lineker when presenting this shirt to him. Lineker was impressed vendor was a Leicester fan and told him he wore this in the World Cup Semi Final and promptly signed it with a dedication to him. Original magazine included which pictures vendor on the pitch at Tottenham presenting the shirt.
