Chimes on bells and gong. the oak case carved with typical floral motifs and painted with Latin inscription PEREUNT ET IMPUTANTUR Meaning the hours and days pass surmounted by galleried top. Silver and enamel Roman numeral dial with fast/stop dial. Movement by John Moore and Sons, Clarkenwell, London. Approx 27 inches height x 17 inches width x 11 inches depth.
