John Lyalls 1976 ECWC Final Exchange Football Medal: Given to Lyall by the opposing team Anderlecht at the final in Brussels before the match. Boxed medal states RSC Anderlecht 1975 1976 to one side. The reverse reads European Cup Winners Cup May 5th 1975-76 RSC Anderlecht West Ham United Final. Rare item in original box. Not to be confused with the one issued by UEFA but probably more scarce.
