1957 John Lyalls West Ham Southern Junior Cup Final Plaque: In original box with wooden plaque engraved J Lyall. West Ham won the cup after defeating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 10 4 1957. John had played in earlier rounds and although he did not play in the final he was awarded the plaque.
