1965 ECWC West Ham Fair Play Medal: In original box from Uefa a large Gold coloured medal very simular to the ECWC Winners medal but this one states match venue referees name and date and was given to all players as UEFA felt the match was played in good spirit. Rear states Unesco Trophee Du Fair Play. Excellent
