WW2 U.S Garand M.1.E (Experimental Bayonet). A shorter fighting knife style bayonet was needed for the European Theatre. A number of 1905 patterns were cut down to 10". This proved a success and the 10" M1 Bayonet were manufactured. This Bayonet is a cut down 1905.
