The following seven lots are being sold on behalf of Alan Williams of The Rubettes from his personal collection of guitars and equipment. A 1962 Fender Stratocaster guitar in white, serial number 82082. Alan purchased this guitar in 1972 and was used on various tours as well as in the studio on many Rubettes recordings including 'Sugar Baby Love', 'Tonight', 'Little Darling', 'Oh La La', 'Julia' and various other album tracks. All original parts and recently serviced by Robbie Gladwell of Dr Robert's guitar surgery. Comes supplied with a hard carry case stencilled with Rubettes.
