Jo Wheately was the winner of the 2011 'Great British Bake Off' and runs a cookery school from her home in Essex. She also has a very successful blog 'Jo's Blue Aga' and has a facebook page of the same name, where she shares many tips and recipes online with her 13,000 plus fans. This 250 page hardback book contains 100 of Jo's refreshingly simple and honest recipes- some of which were handed down to her by her Nan - alongside fabulous photos of all the food. It is signed 'Happy Baking, with love Jo x' in black ink.
