Buying at Stacey's Auction
Before bidding, you will need to register as a buyer at Stacey's. You can do this by:
- Telephone - Call 01268 777122
- Website - On-line registration and absentee/commission bidding coming soon
Once registered you will receive a buyer number (
paddle number) that will be yours to keep.
Now that you are registered you can bid in a number of ways:
- In person - come to our salerooms in Rayleigh (map)
on sale day or during viewing to leave a bid.
- Email - mark@staceyauction.com with your paddle number, lots and bids (An absentee or commission bid)
- Telephone Bids - Call or email us register with us and we will ring you 5 lots before hand and bid on your behalf whilst you are on the telephone.
When you win an item in an auction you will pay a
buyer's premium of 16%+VAT.
So for example:

You may pay and collect up until 5:30pm on sale days or at our premises in
Rayleigh after this.
If required we have an approved packing and transport company that can arrange delivery of the items to you.
